Judicial Assistance Policy

I. Definition of Judicial Assistance

In this policy, judicial assistance refers to the support provided by Explorerx Digital Limited in accordance with applicable international treaties, laws, and policies, to assist judicial authorities of various countries in investigating criminal cases. Such assistance may include providing information related to the case, restricting involved assets, or aiding in the enforcement of effective rulings.

II. Entity Providing Judicial Assistance

Explorerx Digital Limited, registered in Seychelles, acts as the judicial assistance entity. It operates the smart protocol for crypto asset exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Smart Protocol”), available on both desktop and mobile applications.

III. Procedure for Judicial Assistance

Explorerx Digital Limited is governed by the laws of Seychelles and is not subject to the laws and jurisdiction of other countries or regions. It is obligated to assist Seychelles judicial authorities in criminal investigations. All data within the Smart Protocol is collected, generated, used, stored, and destroyed in compliance with Seychelles law.

If judicial authorities from outside Seychelles require assistance from Explorerx Digital Limited, they must submit a formal request to Seychelles authorities in accordance with Seychelles legal procedures. The request must be approved and signed by the Attorney General of Seychelles before Explorerx Digital Limited can provide assistance.

For platforms not operated by Explorerx Digital Limited, their own judicial assistance policies shall apply. In cases of force majeure—such as natural disasters, social unrest, major public health events, regional wars, or if foreign judicial authorities are unable to submit requests via Seychelles—such authorities may email their official assistance documents to: contact@swft.pro. If Explorerx Digital Limited deems it necessary, it may verify the authenticity of these documents with the relevant oversight departments and decide whether to cooperate, based on Seychelles law.

Providing assistance to foreign judicial authorities does not imply that Explorerx Digital Limited recognizes the jurisdiction of the requesting country over the company.

IV. Scope of Judicial Assistance

Judicial assistance will only be provided for matters that are considered criminal under Seychelles law and permissible for cooperation.

The requesting judicial authority must submit legal documents with criminal enforcement power in their jurisdiction. These documents must include the following:
1.Name of the enforcement agency
2.Authorization proof and employment certificate of the judicial/enforcement officer
3.Identity proof of the judicial/enforcement officer (e.g., badge number, internal ID)
4.Official email address containing identifiable judiciary elements
5.Contact details including email address and phone number
6.Clearly state “Explorerx Digital Limited” as the assistance recipient
7.Details of the request, including official identifiers and validation methods (e.g., callback, online verification)
8.Documents required under applicable international mutual legal assistance treaties, if submitted through such mechanisms

If the request meets the above conditions, Explorerx Digital Limited may assist with the following:
1.Inquiries into usage and asset information of devices interacting with the Smart Protocol, including device data, protocol addresses, and asset details. A maximum of 5 user accounts may be queried per request, covering up to 7 days of data. Results can be returned within 1 business day. Requests exceeding this limit may require 3–5 business days, and the maximum searchable historical range is 12 months.
2.Due to the decentralized nature of the Smart Protocol, Explorerx Digital Limited is unable to restrict, transfer, or otherwise perform sensitive operations on users' crypto assets.

V. Judicial Assistance Outcomes

The information provided by Explorerx Digital Limited is retrieved from its electronic database and includes only data retained within that system. It may not encompass all data held by the individual being investigated.
